For over 35 years, his passion for coin collecting has been a lifelong adventure, a journey that started when he was just 11 years old, growing up in the heart of Iowa.

Back then it wasn’t just about coins, it was about the thrill of the hunt. The excitement of discovering those rare wheat cents, and the unforgettable joy of finding an Indian Head cent hidden among the rest.

Every day after school, he’d race on his bike to the credit union just down the street from his childhood home, eager to grab more rolls of pennies to dig through.

But it wasn’t just his love for coins that fueled his quest. Every weekend, he would scour the neighborhood for old soda cans, collecting them with excitement knowing that it would allow him to get more coins. He’d trade them in at the local grocery store for a little extra money that would go straight back into his next coin roll purchase.

It was this relentless drive and curiosity, coupled with his early experiences, that ignited a deep, lifelong connection to coin collecting.

Over the years, this hobby turned into a trusted expertise that would eventually help countless collectors, earning him a reputation as a true authority in the field.

For very large or historically important collections, we offer a concierge service where one of our representatives travels to meet you at a place of your choosing in order to appraise and make a top-of-market offer on your collection. For most collections customers prefer to ship directly to our facility for a one-day turnaround collection validation and payment. Packages are fully insured and carefully opened under 4k security cameras. In just one business day, your collection is verified and you get paid!
